The mission of the Glenbrook High School Foundation is to provide resources that enhance and enrich educational experiences for all students in District 225.

Who we are

As an independent nonprofit organization, the Foundation is dedicated to funding programs and initiatives that extend beyond the limitations of tax-funded resources. By investing in innovative educational approaches, leadership development programs, and scholarships, the Foundation strives to ensure that every student has access to an education that is both inspiring and transformative, fostering their talents, aspirations, and readiness for future success.

Funding Criteria

The Glenbrook High School Foundation evaluates funding proposals based on their alignment with the Foundation’s mission to enhance and enrich educational opportunities within District 225. Projects are typically assessed for their innovation, potential impact on students and educators, and ability to address unmet needs that go beyond what tax dollars can provide. Applications are reviewed to ensure they support initiatives that foster creativity, engagement, and academic excellence. Additionally, proposals often undergo a thorough review process involving input from relevant stakeholders, such as educators and administrators, to determine their feasibility and effectiveness.
